Newcastle Jets players and staff are guaranteed to look sharp on matchdays and at formal functions this Hyundai A-League season after the club finalised a partnership with Goodwin Smith shoes.

Scott Miller and co, plus all of the club’s first team players, have been kitted out with a pair of classic Goodwin Smith shoes for the campaign, ensuring the boys will look dapper when representing the Jets off the field.

The Jets are in good company when it comes to sporting Goodwin Smith shoes – the UK brand also have a similar collaboration with Premier League club Swansea City.

Tim Smith, Managing Director of Goodwin Smith, said: “We’re delighted to be officially partnering with [Hyundai] A-League team Newcastle Jets, which will see the team wear our
#BuckingGoodShoes throughout the 15/16 season!”

“Welcome to the GS Club, gents!”

Newcastle Jets Head Coach Miller said that it’s important that the club’s players are looked after in every possible way.

“We’re working to build a Club that is recognised for looking after its players and people,” Miller explained.

“We’re glad that we have been able to provide each player a classy pair of shoes to match with their suits this season thanks to Goodwin Smith.”

Goodwin Smith’s heritage aligns with football, one of its earliest creators, Ernie Goodwin, was a Manchester City player.
